Best place to train in the Tampa area hands down. Ricardo and his team have worked with my son over the last 3 years. Top notch facility, training staff and instruction.

Questions about billing

Do I need a membership, or can I book a single lesson?

No membership is needed. Arsenal Performance Training books 1-on-1 lessons per session, from $55 for thirty minutes, and runs one-hour drop-in groups: $80 for hitting or pitching, $50 for strength and conditioning, and $30 for speed and agility. Cage time is $35 for thirty minutes. Memberships start at $249.99 a month and can be cancelled before the billing date.

What technology do you use, and what does it actually tell me about my kid?

Arsenal Performance Training uses HitTrax, TrackMan, Blast Motion, Swing AI, Onform and video analysis. HitTrax gives exit velocity and launch angle on batted balls. TrackMan gives pitch velocity, spin rate, spin axis, movement and release. Blast Motion gives bat speed and attack angle. Together they turn "he looks better" into a number that either moved or did not.

How do I cancel a membership?

Arsenal Performance Training memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time before the billing date. There is no term commitment and no cancellation window to miss beyond that date. To cancel, contact the facility at (813) 872-7765 or info@arsenalperformancetraining.com before your next billing date comes around.

Is there a card processing fee?

Yes. A 3% card processing fee is applied at checkout on top of the listed price at Arsenal Performance Training. It is stated here rather than discovered at the payment screen. Every price shown on this site is the pre-fee amount, so a $249.99 membership settles at $257.49 once the fee is added.

How do I book a lesson or a cage?

Booking for Arsenal Performance Training runs through their scheduling platform, where you can see programs and current availability. You can also call the facility directly at (813) 872-7765 during opening hours, or email info@arsenalperformancetraining.com. For a first session it is usually faster to call, because the coach match matters more than the time slot.

How much does a membership at Arsenal cost?

Memberships at Arsenal Performance Training are priced in credits shared by the household. Stealth Bomber is $249.99 a month for one class a week, Tank Soldier $399.99 for two, Max Arsenal $589.99 for three, and War Machine $640 for 40 one-hour classes a month. Max Arsenal and War Machine include unlimited recovery: Normatec massage units, cupping, red light therapy and a cold tub. Prices are before tax, with a 3% card fee.

What can I use my membership credits for?

One membership credit at Arsenal Performance Training is one athlete in one age-specific group class: hitting, baseball pitching, strength or defense. Credits cannot be used for 1-on-1 lessons. Anyone in the household on the account can use them, and once used a credit is gone, so War Machine's 40 credits can go to either of a family's two athletes. Max Arsenal also includes twelve thirty-minute cage credits, and Tank Soldier eight.

How much does sports performance training cost?

Strength training at Arsenal Performance Training is $150 a month for the Youth Strength and Speed Membership, with unlimited youth sessions Monday to Friday. The Unlimited Strength Membership is $450 a month, for athletes who don't hit or pitch at Arsenal. Stealth Bomber, Tank Soldier, Max Arsenal and War Machine members can add unlimited strength-only credits for $250 a month. A one-hour strength group is $50 as a drop-in, or $30 for members.

How much does a batting cage cost at Arsenal?

A batting cage at Arsenal Performance Training is $35 for thirty minutes or $65 for one hour for non-members, subject to availability. A 3% card processing fee applies at checkout. The cages run Junior Hack Attack three-wheel machines for baseball and fastpitch softball. Max Arsenal includes twelve thirty-minute cage credits and Tank Soldier eight. Call or text (813) 872-7765 to check what is open.
