What is collected

What you type into a form on this site, and how visitors use its pages (see Analytics, below). The contact form asks for a name, phone number, email address, an optional athlete age, a subject and a message. The camp interest form asks for a name, email, phone and athlete age. The cage waitlist form asks for a name, email and phone. The newsletter form asks for an email address and nothing else.

Two hidden fields are submitted with each form: an empty field a person never sees, and the time the form was first rendered. Both exist only to reject automated submissions.

What it is used for

To reply to you. Contact and waitlist details are used to call or email you back about the thing you asked about. Newsletter addresses are used to send camp and clinic dates and facility news, and you can stop that at any time by asking.

Nothing submitted through this site is sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside Arsenal Performance Training for their own marketing.

Children

Forms on this site are for a parent or guardian to complete. An athlete’s age may be submitted, because it determines which coach and which session fits, but no other information about a child is requested anywhere on this site.

Third parties

Booking and payment happen on Arsenal’s scheduling platform, which is a separate service with its own terms and its own privacy policy. Videos on this site are hosted by YouTube and do not load YouTube’s code or set a YouTube cookie until you press play. Map panels load from Google Maps when the page they sit on is opened.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use it: where people click, how far they scroll, and recordings of visits that can be replayed. It is used to find what is hard to use and fix it, and for nothing else. Clarity uses cookies to do this, and it masks what you type into a form, so form entries are not recorded.

Microsoft runs Clarity, and what it collects is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including the cookies it sets. This site runs no advertising of its own.

How long it is kept, and how to remove it

Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and for the ordinary running of the business. To have your details removed, email info@arsenalperformancetraining.com or call (813) 872-7765 and ask. There is no form to fill in for that.
