Ricardo was the first player from his college to sign an Affiliated Professional contract (St. Louis Cardinals).
Played professionally in 2012 and 2013 with the Cardinals, Lake Erie Crushers, and Evansville Otters.
Currently an Assistant Softball Coach at Plant High School, which recently reached the 7A Florida State Finals for the third time in school history.
Has over a decade of coaching experience, working with athletes from age six to the professional level.
Has run numerous camps and clinics, completing over 10,000 lessons (in-person and online).
Specializes in custom hitting programs tailored to individual athletes and teams.
Currently part of the Tampa Mustangs Rene 18U National Team and assists other Mustang teams in the Tampa Bay area.
Graduated from Heidelberg University in 2012 with a degree in Business and Sports Management and a minor in Marketing.
